Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration
When creating an account on tk11, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information will result in account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for your login password and account information. Do not share your password with anyone and use a strong password. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
3.3 Account Suspension
tk11 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Evidence of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Abuse of the bonus system.
- Filing chargebacks or payment disputes without valid grounds.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Methods
tk11 currently accepts three payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. (Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.) All transactions are secured by SSL encryption.
4.2 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 per method.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This time may increase if fraud prevention or identity verification is required.
4.4 Withdrawal Prerequisites
Your account must be fully verified before withdrawing. The relevant wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds. It is recommended to use the same method for deposits and withdrawals.
4.5 Transaction Cancellation
tk11 reserves the right to decline processing any unusual or suspicious transaction at any time. In such cases, the relevant user will be informed of the reason and additional information may be requested if needed.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
On your first deposit at tk11, you will receive a 150% bonus on the deposited amount, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳8,000 gives you the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳13,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw earnings from a bonus, you must complete wagering of 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in wagers must be completed.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Abusing bonuses, deliberately exploiting system errors, or using fraudulent tactics will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be suspended. tk11 reserves the right to change or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
5.4 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period.
- If free spins or other benefits accompany a bonus, separate terms apply.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
- A cap on winnings from bonuses may apply.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Validity of Bets
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is incorrectly confirmed due to a technical error, tk11 reserves the right to cancel it and return the stake.
6.2 Fair Play
tk11 is committed to ensuring fair play. All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or verified live dealer systems. Winnings obtained through software errors, hacking, or unauthorized use of systems will be considered void.
6.3 Maximum Win Limit
A limit may apply to the amount won from any single bet or game session. This limit may vary by game and service type. tk11 provides the relevant information on the page regarding applicable limits.
6.4 Game Providers
tk11 features games from various reputable providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and Ezugi. The game providers' own terms and conditions may also apply.
VIP Program & Rewards
tk11 offers three VIP tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is shown below:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback — for newly active members.
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback — for regular players.
- Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback — for members with the highest level of benefits.
VIP tiers change based on activity. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback benefits. tk11 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.
